Fill in our quick enquiry form or send us a message with your desired date, location, guest number and any occasion details.

We create the Experience
On the day, we arrive in advance to set the scene. Every detail is styled to create a space that delights you and your guests from the moment you arrive.
Step Two :
Let’s Chat Details
Once we’ve confirmed availability, we’ll connect to discuss your vision - any themes, extras, or colour preferences - to make sure it’s the perfect fit for both of us.

Step Five :
Relax & Celebrate
Settle in, slow down and savour every detail. Your styled Poshnic is yours for up to 3 hours - perfect for meaningful moments and lasting memories.
Step Three :
Receive Your Quote & Booking
Once we’ve shaped the setup together, we’ll send your personalised quote and booking form. A refundable deposit of £50-£100 (depending on guest numbers) secures your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your picnic.
Step Six :
The Finishing Touch​
When your picnic comes to an end, we’ll return to collect everything with care. Your deposit will be returned within 48 hours once all items are safely packed away.
