How long can I hold a date without paying?
We offer a 48-hour hold on provisional bookings. If a deposit isn’t received within that time, the date will become available again.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes - a £50–£100 security deposit is required (depending on group size).
Full payment is due 14 days before your event.
Deposits are refunded within 48 hours after equipment is collected and inspected.
Please note: cancellations within 14 days will forfeit the deposit.

What areas do you cover?
We offer free delivery within Coventry.
For locations outside Coventry (up to 25 miles), delivery is charged at £1 per mile.
Just share your address when booking and we’ll confirm the fee.

What if it rains?
We recommend having a backup plan such as a gazebo or an indoor space.
Our setups work beautifully indoors with enough cleared space.

​

Can I choose any location?
Absolutely - as long as it’s a public space or private garden with permission.

​

Can I bring pets?
We love animals, but pets aren’t permitted at our setups to protect our delicate furnishings.

How long do I get the setup for?
All packages include 3 hours of hire.
For groups of 25 or more, you’ll automatically receive an additional hour.

What colour themes are available?
We offer a curated selection of seasonal setups.
Looking for something specific? Let us know - we’re happy to explore custom styling options.

What’s your cancellation policy?
Life happens -  if you need to cancel or move your date, let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to help. The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel less than 14 days before your booked event.  Full terms apply.

What if something gets damaged?
Charges apply for any damaged or missing items. These will be deducted from your deposit before the balance is refunded.

How do I book a picnic?
You can book by filling out our contact form, emailing us directly, or sending us a message on Instagram. We’ll confirm availability and guide you through the next steps.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes -  you're welcome to bring your own food and drinks. We also partner with local caterers for beautiful grazing boards if you'd prefer us to handle it. Just ask for details when booking.
